New Braunfels Community Resources operates a variety of social service and affordable housing programs in New Braunfels and Comal County, Texas.

NBCR is a locally operated corporation formed in 1994 as an Affordable Housing Corporation. It was formed by the Board of Commissioners of the New Braunfels Housing Authority and is utilized in coordination with NBHA to provide affordable housing and home ownership opportunities. The corporation also provides many other programs and services for local residents. One of the primary goals of the organization is to fill in the gaps in governmental and private programs. NBCR has created and operates several locally supported programs for the needy. NBCR is supported with grants, local funding, and donations.
